LifeTec has a team of occupational therapists that specialize in the assessment and coordination of home modifications. We can work with you to maximize your independence and safety in your own home by making changes to the structure, layout or fittings of buildings. This is an emerging and exciting new area of practice as part of NDIS’s strategy of enabling solutions for participants. We can provide both minor and major modifications to:

• Create accessible, inclusive, universal environments;

• Improve safety and independence;

• Complement current and future needs;

• Allow assistive technology integration.
